At House of Content LLC ("HoC"), we want MxM to be a tool that empowers creativity and efficiency. To ensure the platform remains safe and effective for everyone, we have established this Usage Policy.
By using MxM, you agree to comply with these guidelines. This policy applies to all text, images, audio, video, and other materials (collectively, "Content") you generate or upload.
You may not use MxM for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purpose. Specifically, you are prohibited from using the platform to:
Generate or disseminate content that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.
Generate content that promotes self-harm, violence, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Upload or generate content that infringes upon, misappropriates, or violates the Intellectual Property (IP) rights of any third party, including brands, trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity (celebrities).
Generate malware, viruses, phishing schemes, or content intended to bypass security controls.
Generate content for the purpose of fraud, scams, or disseminating verified misinformation.
House of Content LLC acts as a neutral technical intermediary. As a user, you bear full responsibility for your actions on the platform:
You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any text, images, or materials you upload or prompt ("Input").
You are strictly prohibited from uploading copyrighted or unlicensed material to the platform without permission.
You expressly agree that no liability, blame, or legal "chain of responsibility" for the content you generate ("Output") can be traced back to House of Content LLC.
To maintain the safety and integrity of MxM, House of Content LLC reserves the right (but does not assume the obligation) to:
Access, review, and remove any Content that we determine violates this policy.
Suspend or terminate access for users who engage in repeated infringement or severe violations of safety guidelines.
Cooperate with law enforcement agencies if we suspect unlawful activity.
