Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 3/8/2026

House of Content LLC ("HoC", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data and creative content of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use the MxM platform (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Services.

1. The "Zero Training" Guarantee (Our Data Promise)

We want to be completely transparent about how we handle your creative data.

Your Content (Inputs and Outputs): The text prompts, images, files, and other materials you upload ("Input"), as well as the assets generated by the AI ("Output"), are never used by House of Content LLC to train, fine-tune, or improve our proprietary artificial intelligence models.

Your Usage Data: We do collect generalized, anonymized telemetry (such as how many API calls you make, or how many credits you use) strictly to run our business, bill you accurately, and monitor platform health.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you ("Personal Information"), as well as non-identifying telemetry data.

A. Information You Provide to Us

Account Information: Name, email address, password, and contact details when you register for an MxM account.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) collects your credit card details and billing address. House of Content LLC does not store your full credit card number.

Communications: Records of your emails, support tickets, or feedback when you contact us.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Data & Telemetry: Log data regarding your interactions with the Services. This includes API call frequencies, the specific AI models selected, timestamp data, and credit consumption.

Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers used to access MxM.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, analyze site traffic, and understand how users interact with our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate, maintain, and improve our business operations (not our AI models). Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the MxM platform.
  • Process your subscriptions, transactions, and send related billing information.
  • Manage your account and provide customer support.
  • Monitor usage trends, prevent fraud, and ensure the security of our servers.
  • Send administrative notices, updates, and security alerts.
  • Send marketing communications (you may opt-out of these at any time).

For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK): Our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information depends on the context. We process your data (i) to perform our contract with you (e.g., providing access to MxM), (ii) where it satisfies a legitimate interest that is not overridden by your data protection rights (e.g., fraud prevention, infrastructure security), or (iii) where we have your explicit consent to do so.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to data brokers. We only share information in the following specific circumstances:

Third-Party AI Model Providers: To generate your Output, your Inputs are routed through industry-leading, third-party AI APIs (including, but not limited to, Google, Elevenlabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other foundation model providers). This data routing is strictly necessary to provide the Service. Please note that data processed by these external providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our business, such as cloud hosting providers (e.g., MongoDB, Google Cloud), payment processors, and email delivery services.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a subpoena, court order, or a request from law enforcement.

Business Transfers: If House of Content LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your PII and Usage Data may be transferred as part of that business transaction.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Choices

Depending on your location (such as California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Europe under the GDPR), you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

The Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

The Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as retaining billing records for tax purposes).

The Right to Correction: You can update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings.

Opting Out of Cookies/Marketing: You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings and unsubscribe from our marketing emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any promotional email.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@mxmai.io.

California Shine the Light & CCPA Notice: We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CCPA. California residents may request a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year by emailing support@mxmai.io.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for or directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, please contact us at support@mxmai.io.

7. Data Security and Retention

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, theft, or alteration. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data and account history only for as long as your account is active, or as needed to fulfill the legal and financial purposes outlined in this policy.
